02/ THE FOUNDER
Jacob O’Neill
Founder & Director
Curated Construction was founded by Jacob O'Neill, a New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioner with extensive experience delivering some of London's most exclusive private residences.
Jacob's background includes the construction and management of substantial, architecturally designed homes, often spanning multiple levels and incorporating complex basement structures, car lifts, private wine cellars, golf simulators and highly bespoke architectural finishes.
Working at this level of residential construction demands exceptional technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the coordination required between architects, designers, specialist trades and construction teams.
Having returned to Auckland, Jacob established Curated Construction to bring this depth of experience and uncompromising approach to New Zealand's high-end residential market, with a focus on architectural excellence, craftsmanship and lasting professional relationships.
